Hello friends, today I wanted to share with you the mission and vision for the School of Ministry and Worship at Called Christians. Our goal is to make a disciple that can make a disciple. We started doing that this week! The students have arrived and classes have started. We’re starting up a little bit slow and then we’re going to get faster and faster making those disciples. We want to help them understand the Word, be able to divide it correctly, and to be able to take that Word and apply it to their own lives. Because Jesus is about a relationship with you and that’s what we’re trying to foster in the students.
We invite you to partner with us in prayer every week. I’m on here and I’m sharing what’s going on and I’m hoping, I’m praying, that you are going to pray along with us in agreement for the school and for the ministry. Praying for everything that’s going on in Uganda.
You could partner by prayer. You can also partner through a monthly donation. Partner financially to help feed them. They want to eat, everyday (ha!). And we want to feed them every day.
Other times I’ll be sharing special projects that are going on. For example, right now I’m trying to set up projectors and sound systems in the other classrooms so that the church can use those rooms to share curriculum that was donated. I’m about 3/4 of the way there. Of course projects run in to snags. But what do you do? You get back up and to again. I am still trying to get that project done.
You could also come with a team. If your church is interested in coming please contact me and we can try to get that set up. We love it when people come serve with us and get exposed to the ministry first hand. It’s a life-changing experience and if you’ve never been to Africa it’ll blow your mind what God is doing here.
There are so many different ways that you can partner with us. Thank you for praying and partnering physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, as we try to make disciples that can make disciples.
God bless you guys!
