Lots of things happening over here in Uganda, thank you all for praying every week.
Last week we had movie night. We showed War Room. Lots of people came and there were so many children. The SOM students took the children in the middle of the movie to play some games with them. Then the children were able to come back and sit through the rest of the movie.
We also did a game night Saturday night. We played a form of bingo. The dorm guys had a good time, enjoying some apples as a snack, playing and hanging out together for a couple hours.
I did finish my typhoid medication so I’m feeling better now. I’m hoping that I don’t ever have that again. Thank you for your prayers, God heard you.
Also still working on planning for the team coming in May. Had some meetings this week with people in the US. We talked about a crusade, conferences and how they can come alongside the ministries at Called Christians. Thanks for praying for this.
The students at the school of ministry are back into the swing of things again. Prayers for their diligence as they continue to seek the Lord and what He has for them.
I found out this week that a project that I’ve been trying to get off the ground for a while is going to happen. I’m calling it the five-year-old project. Our mission is to make a disciple that can make a disciple and we’re going to try to do that with a five-year-old. I’m so excited for this project to be happening because God keeps sending more and more children to our ministries. We want to be intentional with those souls.
Finally, there’s a care team meeting Saturday morning at 8am mountain time. Looking forward to seeing your face and hearing your voice. Please let me know if you didn’t get the link.
Thanks, God bless.
