I’m in Jinja Uganda serving our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I want to keep you updated on what’s going on here so that you could pray for us. There is power in prayer.

What we need prayer for is coordination. We have a movie night scheduled for Friday the 18th and that is what we verbally told everyone. However, when we looked at the invitation it says the 25th. So we decided to do it both nights, God can still use that. We’re watching Courageous and I’d watch that movie twice anyway.

We’ve also been working on the round table coming up the first Friday in December. If you’re anywhere near Jinja you are invited to come and learn about: can you trust witchcraft. Witchcraft is big in Uganda and lots of people have questions.

It’s been a rough week for the students. Please keep praying for them, discipleship is a process and we’re working through it. That they could be diligent, they could be seeking the Lord in all things. Thank you so much for lifting them up. They have made so much progress since they first came.

I also want to mention that Beverly will be back next week. Would you be praying for her health and her travel.

Also just something fun we did this week. Well, I say fun but, Ebola is here and because of that the prisons have shut their doors to visitors. So we took them Christmas presents early. We got them some soap and some razors so they can help counteract Ebola. Ebola is spread through bodily fluids so by washing your hands with soap and water and not touching your face you could avoid it. I think is the harder part cuz I’m always touching my face, I don’t know about you guys but that’s hard for me. We sent the presents with big Christmas cards. Check out social media to see those cards. We did have a good time getting those signed. Even some little kids who were on campus came and signed their name, it was so cute.

Thank you guys for praying and I’ll check in again next week and update you about how you could be praying for ministry and the people here. Thank you so much for coming on this journey and taking even one minute to pray. God bless.
