I’m happy to say that every student came back from break sometimes when you have a break there’s one or two students who don’t come back. I am so proud of them all. They’ve all returned to learn more about God, I’m excited about that.

Remember the book drive is going on right now. We would be so grateful if you could get a book for the library. Please see the sign up list to see which books remain.

The round table was Friday, it was so good. So many great questions and the conclusion of can lose your salvation? By Pastor Mugoya was said so well. Why don’t you focus on being a God’s friend, be a friend of God and then you don’t have to worry about whether or not you’re going to lose your salvation. That’s the point right ,to know God and to know him better and better.

My family has a tradition of playing 31 when we get together, a simple card game. Taught this to the dorm students over the weekend. Ismail won! Hopefully we’ll be playing it again soon. We played with died beans. We were going to play with something else but then I thought; well, if we play with popcorn we would all just eat it and then everyone would be out so we played with dried beans instead.

This week has been a little up and down for my health. I got mango worms. I’m going to let you look that up and see just the horror of what that is. I’m slowly recovering from that. I’m hoping that they have all been removed and I can just be healing now. Thank you for praying for my burn, that’s healing as well. If you remember from a couple weeks ago, my eye was swollen and it is getting better, too. The power of prayer!! I’m only half falling apart right now, but I keep pressing forward, seeking God and trying to help others know him better. Thank you guys for praying for that, I really do appreciate it

Prayers for Beverly please she’s in the US getting surgery right now. Friday morning, 21 October, she’s having a goiter removed from her neck.

Coming up to help make more disciples that make disciples were going to show the Jesus film on Friday the 28th. Then that next week we’re having an apologist come talk to the students. We’re also going to have a round table while he’s here, on November 4th, talking about is Jesus fully man or fully God? Sound be a great conversation.

Just to recap again, many birthdays this month: aunt Carolyn happy birthday, Richard’s birthday was this week Brad’s birthday is this week, even my niece Kyleen, her birthday is this week. God made a lot of great people in October!
