This simple side dish is a big hit every time we have it. Literally apples, oranges, and pecans. If you can cut up fruit, you can enjoy this.

Roy’s Apple and Orange Salad

2 apples

3 oranges

1/2c pecan pieces

Cut up 2 apples, peel and cut 3 oranges, toss with 1/2c pecan pieces.

As pictured: I used pink ladies and cuties. You can use any red apples that look good and any orange or tangerine hybrid you find.

Feel free to substitute walnut pieces, almond slivers, or even pistachios.
