All about the sauce. Liven up your meals with this easy Asian sauce. I love making this when oranges are in season, tart and sweet bound together with salty coconut aminos and toasted sesame flavor. Balance this out with a little maple syrup and bold ginger.
Orange Sauce
2T coconut aminos
1T toasted sesame oil
2T real maple syrup
1/2″ ginger
1T orange peel
3T orange juice
1T olive oil
In small bowl add 2T coconut aminos, 1T toasted sesame oil, 2T maple syrup, 1/2″ ginger grated, 1T orange peel grated, 3T orange juice, and 1T olive oil. Whisk to combine. Set aside.
Will keep in fridge for up to 1 week. Can be used as a marinade, stir fry sauce, finishing sauce, dipping sauce.
Makes about 2/3cup.
