Tired of eating vegetables the same way? Me too. So I made up a broccoli slaw, quick and easy with a food processor.
Broccoli Slaw
1 head broccoli
3 carrots
3T poppy seed dressing
1/4c pumpkin seeds
Pull out your food processor and shred the broccoli and carrots.
In a large bowl combine shredded broccoli, carrots, and dressing. Then mix in pumpkin seeds.
