A big ‘ol burger that won’t give you a heart attack. Well, unless you try to eat all four yourself. These are big, filling, and hit the spot for my burger cravings.

3T sweet chili sauce
3/4t paprika
1T tomato paste
1T sriracha
1T worcestershire
1c lentils
1/2t salt
3c water
1 large egg
1c bread crumbs (plain)
2T yellow onion, grated
1t salt

In saucepan, bring water and salt to boil, add lentils and simmer for 12-15 minutes. Drain and let cool.
Combine mayonnaise, chili sauce, paprika, tomato paste, Sriracha, and Worcestershire.
In food processor, pulse together lentils with 1/4c mayonnaise mixture. Add egg, bread crumbs, onion, and salt and pulse to combine.
Move lentil mixture to bowl, cover and chill for 30 minutes in refrigerator.
Form into 4 patties.
Heat up frying pan then add oil. Lower heat to medium and fry patties, about 4 minutes. Lower heat again to low, flip patties and fry for about 4 minutes more.
Serve on bun with mayonnaise mixture and your favorite burger toppings.
As pictured: on ciabatta bun with swiss cheese, tomato, and cucumber, alongside radishes and sweet potato fries.
